Returns and Refunds Policy
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 30 days to return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit. If the part supplied does not fit the vehicle or intended purpose as outlined on our website, we will happily pay for return shipping and provide a full refund.
We can only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
We may not pay for return shipping if you are returning an item due to change of mind. All returns will be processed within 2 business days.
THREE EASY STEPS TO RETURN A PRODUCT
|STEP 1: LET US KNOW||
Give our friendly staff a call on 02 4228 1250 Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
|STEP 2: SEND YOU ITEM BACK||Securely place the item back in the packaging your item was delivered in, making sure that all accessories are included with the item|
|STEP 3: GET YOUR REFUND / EXCHANGE||
Drop the parcel off at any Australia Post outlet so we can track it safely back to us. Once we have received your return we will process the exchange, refund, or credit within 2-6 business days.
Full refunds include the shipping fee and will be processed into the original account of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by SparesPro are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.
Replacement products or refund (including shipping) will be provided by SparesPro where:
a) The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
b) The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
c) The product does not match the sample or the SparesPro descriptions; or
d) The product was damaged during delivery; and
e) You can provide proof of purchase with the SparesPro receipt
Replacement product or refund will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by SparesPro, the original shipping address will be used
Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition. All electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.
